CoE Classroom Podium/Lab Software Installation Form
Submit this form with the original manuals or technical documentation, the original software media (CD-ROM or disks), proof of
purchase and License Agreement to CoE Tech Services in GH 431. Please submit a separate request form for each application. All
software is installed for a period of one semester. To renew, update and submit this form again.
Installations are scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis. The due date for the form will be announced each semester.
Requests for software installation made after the due date will not be scheduled prior to the fourth week of the term.
Completion of these late requests will be dependent upon lab availability, technician availability and impact on the end user.

Software Verification
Due to the complex nature of some software packages,
CoE Tech Services may ask that the requestor or
another departmental representative verify that the
requested software runs properly prior to finalizing the
podium or lab image. Please note that delays in
obtaining this verification will delay the actual software
rollout.
