A check will be issued upon receipt of a copy of a tuition bill in September.

Some lessons we learn in school provide little help on exams but assist us in understanding the world
around us from our early years throughout life. Please submit an essay of 300-350 words in which
you discuss a valuable lesson about life you have learned from a member of the NRTA. What was the
lesson, from whom did you learn it, and how has it already or how will it help you beyond your years
in the classroom?
(Please note: Present and former members include K-12 classroom and special area teachers;
speech, language, and hearing specialists; teaching assistants; guidance counselors, social workers,
and psychologists.) Essays should be keyboarded in MLA format.
