Activities besides the internship
I will combine this internship with:
1) An academic research paper. The topic of this research paper will be [please fill in the

2) Two academic assignments (3 credits).
Arrangements regarding the academic internship supervision at university
(Minimum is once every 3 weeks consultation regarding the progress of the individual project
and a short update. In the Netherlands the academic internship supervisor will bring 1 visit to
discuss the progress with the organization supervisor and the student. The academic
internship supervisor will do the final assessment based on the final report and the ratings
from the organization supervisor.)
Arrangements regarding the supervision at organization
At what interval do you meet the supervisor? (Minimum is once every 2 weeks consultation
regarding the progress of the individual project) Other questions you can answer here are for
example: Will the supervisor give you an introduction to the organization? Will the supervisor
