TEACHER PREPARATION Transfer Partnership LANSING COMMUNITY COLLEGE to CENTRAL MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY Physical Education – Secondary Emphasis (Effective Summer 2008) Students at Lansing Community College can begin to satisfy requirements for teacher certification at Central Michigan University by following the curriculum guide on this flyer. This articulation agreement (partnership) permits LCC students to transfer up to 65 credits toward their Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with Secondary Education emphasis. You are encouraged to speak with an LCC or CMU advisor and visit the CMU campus to decide whether this program is right for you. With CMU’s Provisional Admission Program, you may apply early to the Teacher Education Program after the completion of at least 45 semester hours at LCC. In order to make sure that your application and provisional admission can be processed before you transfer, the following steps must occur.
