 This form should only be used if you are a current DMU student and now wish to apply for a Taught Postgraduate
Programme at DMU.
 Please be aware that there are certain exceptions to the courses you can apply for with this form, e.g. GDL, LPC,
LLM Distance Learning, ACCA, CIMA. Please check with your Faculty Admissions Office.
 Please note that current DMU students may be eligible for an Alumni Scholarship. Please check
www.dmu.ac.uk/pgfunding for eligibility criteria, restrictions and on how to apply. Please note that you need to
apply for this scholarship, it will not be awarded automatically.
 If you are an international student, please also check www.dmu.ac.uk/international for fees and scholarships.
 Please write clearly using BLOCK CAPITALS.
