Investigating team was also able to gather information that the
deceased had a illicit relationship with a lady called Kamlesh in the
same locality who also claimed to be his wife at various platforms.
Kamlesh also claimed to have two sons namely Lokesh and Ravi and
one daughter out of this relaltionship. Further investigation revealed
that the relations between Kamlesh and the deceased became strained
in the last 2- 3 years over the issue of share in different properties
owned by the deceased. Since Kamlesh was completely disowned by

the Court reflecting her plight and agony and alleged harassment by

very fond of him but later on he started ill-treating his mother as
well as both the brothers. The deceased even tried to disposes them

times by deceased, he decided to eliminate him. On 24.12.2010 Ravi

staying with him at Ali intercepted deceased going on a M/C with his
worker Pradeep just outside his Dairy. They hit the deceased with
their M/C as a result of which the deceased fell down on the ground.
Pradeep jumped the nearby wall and Ravi and Rahul started firing
indiscriminately at the deceased who also ran quite a distance from
the point of initial interception.
Detailed interrogation revealed that M/C No. DL – 5SD 5105 used in
Commission of Crime was stolen by Ravi & Rahul from Arts Faculty,
Delhi Univiersity where a case vide FIR No. 101/2010 u/s 379 IPC
