Audubon School District Online Wednesday Envelope Insert Request Deadline for submission is 12 Noon on Monday prior to inclusion in Wednesday Envelope The Audubon School District seeks to promote positive relationships between the schools and local, non-profit organizations and family owned, community based businesses. Just as community organizations can build support for the Audubon School District, the district can cooperate with these groups under certain circumstances by publicizing services and special events of interest to our students and families. Organizations wishing to promote themselves and services to the Audubon School community must adhere to the following guidelines: All documents going into the Wednesday Envelope must have an electronic version e-mailed to the school at wednesday.envelope@audubonschools.org in order to have it included in the Wednesday Envelope. Please do not e-mail Wednesday Envelope material to Principal’s or Superintendent directly. Information in the message of the email MUST include the following: Contact Name E-mail address Phone Number Date(s) for inclusion in Wednesday Envelope Number of paper copies needed for Opt-Out families Name of item(s) to be included (If any)Insert item(s) into Wednesday Envelope supplied by group/organization: (only brochures or fundraising materials will be physically placed in the envelope upon approval) these will need to be dropped off to the respective school no later than the Monday prior.
