Mr. Bobinchuck’s Classroom Procedures
Definition of Procedure:
Procedures are how things are done. Procedures have NO penalties or rewards. Other words
for procedures are routine, system, way, habit, custom, order, or, practice. All procedures
should be explained, rehearsed and reinforced. When a procedure needs to be corrected, I
will do so by reminding the class of the procedure and then having the class experience the
procedure.
 In order to have responsible students, there must be procedures.
 Procedures and routines create structure.
 Structure creates a secure environment.
 In a secure environment students have more time to learn and accomplish tasks.
