FOUNDATION STAGE CLASSROOMS – AUTUMN 2014
During the summer holidays, the Foundation Stage classrooms and Year 1 classrooms are
being re-modelled and then subsequently extended.
Mrs Perry’s classroom from
September will therefore be situated in the Y5/6 block, as indicated on the attached plan.
The children in Mrs Perry’s class will continue to play and socialise together during break
and lunchtimes, as well as using the outdoor classroom and attending assemblies together.
However they will be temporarily housed in this alternative classroom whilst Mrs Perry’s
new classroom is being built. We hope that this will be completed by Christmas but will
keep you informed.
Miss Siyani’s and Mrs Noone/Thomson’s classrooms will be re-modelled over the summer
holidays and be ready for use by the time your child joins us on 9 September. The final
buildings will be purpose-built for the Foundation Stage and will be much improved.
A plan showing the location of the all three Foundation Stage classrooms is attached for
your information.
