Are classroom support assistants.
They work alongside classroom teachers,
supporting children’s learning either individually or
within small groups.
Classroom support assistants also accompany
teachers and children on day and residential visits.
Some of our assistants are qualified in first aid and
may administer treatment to children.

school assembly every month.

and has an important role to play in the school’s personal, social
and health education policy and practice.
