attending The Walden School Creative Musicians Retreat and any goals or intentions
you may have for the summer. Please describe your musical background, including
your education and experience as a composer, performer, conductor and/or teacher.

V. SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS (optional)
The Walden School welcomes any additional materials you’d like to send with your
application. These might include scores and recordings of your compositions (no
more than 2); recordings/videos of you performing or conducting; artwork; or creative
writing. Please email attachments directly to retreat@waldenschool.org. Scores
should be sent as pdfs. Please do not email recordings. If you would like to send
audio files, please use YouSendIt (www.yousendit.com) or WeTransfer
(www.wetransfer.com), or email a direct link to a downloadable file. You may also
send hard copies of scores and/or a CDs/DVDs with your application to the San
Francisco office.

Application fee: Remittance for all fees must be in U.S. funds.
o Non-Refundable Application Fee: $30 (cash, check or money order)
