expansion are looking to appoint a
DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Spain & Portugal
Based in Porto
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and your key task will be to manage the transition action
plan for the merger in process and your main responsibilities will be to :




Hold the company secretary for the board of directors
Implement the company business project in the Spanish and Portuguese organizations
Lead financial communication and legal affairs
Manage special organization and development projects
Requirements







High education level in business administration or management
Fluent Spanish and Portuguese
Good knowledge in English or French
15 + years of prior management experience within the services sector
Knowledge of public transport systems
Proven experience in negotiation, legal affairs, strategic planning and financial analysis
Strong communication and organization skills
This is a high profile in a progressive and expanding group.
