Bulletin 4, 2015: Collection timescales Who needs to read this? General Practices and NHS England Area Teams Why should I read this? This bulletin provides details about collection timescales for the following services: Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2014/15 Named GP for patients 75 and over What happens next? Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2014/15 Information for Quality Outcomes Frameworks (QOF) 2014/15 will be collected from Wednesday, 4 February 2015. You can check to see if this has been successful for your practice by checking the achievement summary report or the data submission screen within CQRS. There’s no payment directly attached to information from this collection, as payment is made annually at the end of the 2014/15 financial year. However, it’s a good idea to review information from this collection to make sure it’s correct and identify any issues before the year-end collection. You don’t need to declare it, however, as there’s no payment attached. If you can’t see information from this collection in CQRS by Monday, 9 February you’ll need to contact your GP system supplier to discuss next steps. You don’t need to submit the manual indicators in QOF 14/15 at the moment. We’ll let you know about these and any overall manual data entry nearer the time. Information for practices using EMIS Web Collection for QOF from practices using the EMIS system won’t be taking place at this time. As soon as a revised date is available, EMIS will update you via the Support Centre and EMIS Web news feed. However, your current achievement can still be viewed in the ‘How am I driving?’ section of Population Reporting on your EMIS system. Named GP for patients 75 and over Information for the Named GP for patients 75 and over will be collected from Wednesday, 4 February 2015. You can check to see if this been successful for your practice by checking the data submission screen within CQRS. The achievement date for this collection is 31, January 2015. There’s no payment directly attached to information from this collection as it’s for reporting purposes only. You won’t need to declare it, as there’s no payment attached. However we recommend you do review it in CQRS. February 2015 collections Planned collections for February 2015 are as follows: QOF subset 2014/15 dementia (January data) Rotavirus (routine childhood immunisation) vaccination programme (January data) Avoiding unplanned admissions (January data) – NB information is collected monthly for this service but payments are made quarterly Retired QOF indicators 2014/15 (January data) QOF 2014/15 (final collection before year-end) We’ll also being providing regular QOF 2014/15 preparation information so you can get ready for year-end.
