Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) 2014/15
Information for Quality Outcomes Frameworks (QOF) 2014/15 will
be collected from Wednesday, 4 February 2015.
You can check to see if this has been successful for your practice
by checking the achievement summary report or the data
submission screen within CQRS.
There’s no payment directly attached to information from this
collection, as payment is made annually at the end of the 2014/15
financial year. However, it’s a good idea to review information from
this collection to make sure it’s correct and identify any issues
before the year-end collection. You don’t need to declare it,
however, as there’s no payment attached.
If you can’t see information from this collection in CQRS by
Monday, 9 February you’ll need to contact your GP system supplier
to discuss next steps.
You don’t need to submit the manual indicators in QOF 14/15 at the
moment. We’ll let you know about these and any overall manual
data entry nearer the time.
Information for practices using EMIS Web
Collection for QOF from practices using the EMIS system won’t be
taking place at this time. As soon as a revised date is available,
EMIS will update you via the Support Centre and EMIS Web news
feed. However, your current achievement can still be viewed in the
‘How am I driving?’ section of Population Reporting on your EMIS
system.
