Please find below details of the before/after-school activities that are available for the Autumn Term 2013. Please
enter your child/ren’s name/s and indicate which clubs they would like to participate in. Forms should be returned to
the office by Friday 12th July and club membership will be offered on a strictly first come, first served basis.
NO MONEY SHOULD BE SENT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE OFFICE WHICH
CLUBS YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN HAS/HAVE BEEN REGISTERED IN, AFTER WHICH YOU WILL BE ASKED TO
SEND IN YOUR PAYMENT - ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE CLUB STARTING.
