Defence and Security in the UK Discussion with Veterans Wednesday 2nd April 2014 Dr Andrew Murrison MP, Defence Minister for International Security Strategy, will be at the Army Reserves Centre, Gordonville Road, Inverness on Wednesday 2nd April 2014 as part of his visit to the UK Armed Forces in the North of Scotland. Dr Murrison is the Defence Minister responsible for the Department’s Scottish affairs and contribution to UK Government policy and activities in respect of Devolution and the Scottish independence referendum. Dr Murrison would like to talk to members of the Veterans Community about Defence and Scotland’s future. In particular, he wants to ensure that the views of the Reserve Forces and Veteran Communities are being heard within the wider debate.
