incentive activities that we have scheduled.
No missing assignments prior to the incentive activity between the dates of April 23rd and through May 15th.
(Teachers, this means a Zero must be in the grade book)
No major violations of the Student Code of Conduct between April 23rd and through May 15th.
(this is at the discretion of the administrators)
Teacher discretion – Parents must be contacted by the teacher as to “reason for removal”.
A student in ISS or DAEP on the day of the incentive activity cannot attend.
To attend the dance on May 15th, students must be in attendance the entire day. If a student is absent or misses part
of the day for an appointment, the student must provide a note from the Dr. office at the dance.
Reminder: Hallway Expectations-keep moving in a safe and orderly fashion, don’t stop and create traffic jams, keep
to the right side of the hall, keep hands feet and objects to yourself
The cell phone policy reads that junior high students are allowed to carry cell phones to and from school. They are to
be completely OFF and put away from the time students enter school until the time students exit the school. We are
reminding students of the policy. If the policy is violated, your cell phone will be taken up and turned into the office.
The first violation is a warning but a parent must come to the school to retrieve the phone. Subsequent violations will
result in a $15 charge for the parent to have the phone returned. There is to be no texting to parents for them to
come get you because you are sick or to bring something to school that you forgot. Students, if you are sick; ask to
see the nurse. Students if you forgot something; ask a teacher if you can phone home. Thank You!
The cafeteria opens up at 7:30 on days when the temps or wind chill is below 42 degrees. Students who choose to
stay outside must come into the courtyard. Students who choose to go inside must stay inside. Thanks
CJH is a closed campus. Students must remain on campus once arriving whether by bus, foot, bicycle, or automobile.
Parents must sign students out to leave campus or permission given under special circumstances. Going to Allsup’s
without permission results in ISS.
Thanks
