RESERVATION FORM FOR OPTIONAL BUS TRANSPORTATION Bus transportation on Thursday, February 19, from the Birmingham Airport to the WMU Headquarters and then to Shocco Springs, and on Sunday, February 22, from Shocco Springs to the Birmingham Airport will be available for Training Effective Leadership (TEL) participants who desire it and whose airline schedules fit within the time frame that bus transportation can be provided. The cost for bus transportation on Thursday and Sunday, including a box supper on Thursday, is $35 per person. Reservations will be on a first come, first served basis for available seats. Only prepaid reservations with complete information will be accepted. Reservation requests are due to WMU, SBC, by Friday, February 1. On Thursday, TEL participants with earlier flights may have to wait at the Birmingham airport until people with later flights arrive. On Sunday, the only bus transportation from Shocco Springs will depart immediately after breakfast at 8:00 A.M. This may involve a wait at the Birmingham airport for those with afternoon flights. Information and instructions for requesting bus transportation: Flights must be to and from the Birmingham Airport. All information regarding arrival and departure flights as requested below must be included. On February 19, buses will depart the Birmingham Airport at 4:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. When we receive your flight schedule we will assign you to one of these buses. When making arrangements for your travel, please schedule your flight to allow time to get your luggage and board the bus. On February 22, no flights out of Birmingham are to be scheduled prior to 11:00 A.M. Payment of $35 per person includes transportation for February 19 and February 22 and a box supper on February 19.
