It is an understatement to say Victoria knocked it out of the park! She addressed two very different audiences (Capital One women, and high school girls) and targeted her messages to both. She met with 4-5 media contacts, yielding some very nice local press for the Future
Leaders Forum, Capital One and Victoria's passions. Everywhere she went people recognized her, asking for autographs and photographs, which she graciously did.
Her messages of overcoming obstacles and her focus on foster children align so well with our company's focus. We talked briefly at the end of her visit about "doing more" together very soon.

You considerably enhanced the intellectual life of LeMoyne-Owen and all involved are the better for that. It is a supreme compliment for the ideas presented in a lecture to live on in campus discussions long after the lecturer has departed the scene. It is in that vein that reviews of your session with the students and your presentation to the community is being conducted.
Much discussion has continued regarding our understanding of the roles we can have in helping children who are displaced or in systems that need our support.
