There will be a high school softball meeting at 5:30 on Wednesday, May 1
in the cafeteria. Bring a pencil or pen with you. If you can’t make it you
need to text Moose.
Western Iowa Tech Community College is offering a Moped Safety course
for all 13, 14 or 15 year olds that want to get a moped license in the next
year. It will be held on Saturday, May 18th from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Cost
is $45.00 and registration is required. Please register be calling 712-2633419.

Student Council Elections
We will be having Student Council Speeches/Elections on Wednesday May 8th at 8:20
a.m. Any student who will be in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade next year and would like to
be on Student Council can give a speech about why they will make a good member. Their
peers will vote for the two students who they would like to have represent them on the
Student Council. One boy and one girl from each of those grades will be elected.
Students who will be in 9th, 10th and 11th, and 12th grade who would like to be in
Student Council can also give a speech about why they would be a good member. These
students will automatically be on student council by just giving their speech in front of
the student body.
Any student who plans to give a speech must let Mrs. Staley know by Friday, May 6th.
