Shizuoka Family Medicine (SFM) Training Program The Shizuoka Family Medicine Training Program is a world-class family physician training program that prepares family physicians who can work especially in group practice. We strive to train family medicine specialists who can be a primary care physician for the entire family, revive community health, and effectively provide care in the super-aging society.
