Eagle Homes is a privately held company with its head quarters in Salmon Arm, BC, the
home town of the founder Mr. Mark Ellis.
Mr. Ellis has been the the mobile and module home business for over 35 years. He has
grown Eagle Homes business to now include 5 sales lot locations, head office, multiple real
estate developments throughout BC and customers in every part of BC, Alberta & Japan.
With over $50 million in assets, and revenues that have increased every year for over a
decade. Eagle Homes is the largest supplier and installer of Modular homes in BC. We
have our own installation crews and continue to grow.
With the main factory in Penticton, BC, and a 2nd factory in Osoyoos, BC, we have a capacity
to double our current home output levels.
Eagle Homes has taken strategic steps in recent years to purchase land in strategic
locations in cities and towns in the Okanagan region to be developed with residential

The Investment Opportunity
Eagle Homes currently has 2 subdivisions that would warrant
quality investor participation with very quick project completion and investment return. We
have several other real estate development opportunities that are in the early stages of
development. This is considered a low risk, moderate ROI.
The subdivisions are Sunset Ridge (Kamloops BC), Sol Terra Ranch (Kelowna, BC).
Both developments are currently have had homes sold and installed.
Sunset Ridge has Phase 1 75% sold, and Phase ll, lll, lV are open for investment. Phase 24 have a total of 80 lots available, with Phase 5-6 available for future investment as well.
