OPIUM:
Papaveraceae + cancer miasm
Opium is mentioned in cancerous affections. The suffering of
cancer in the last stages often produces intense pain and
suffering. This is when morphine is used, the main active
ingredient of Opium.
We see the rubrics:

Cheerfulness, gaiety, happiness ;
Painlessness of complaints usually painful.
Thus even in the face of such shock, pain and
suffering, he remains cheerful, courageous, and acts
