Dietary Recommendations
1、More consumption of warm and qi-enhancement food

Ingredients
: Huang Qi 30g, I chicken and some
seasoning
Method:Clean the chicken and remove the
internal organs. Place Huang Qi in the chicken
stomach and stitched up. Put water, ginger, garlic
and salt to stew the chicken until it is cooked.
Effects:Nourish the lung and spleen qi.
Wheat and Red Dates Porridge
【Ingredients】Wheat50g,grains50g,5
red dates,longan 15g,appropriate
amount of white sugar.
【Method】Wash and clean the wheat and
soaked it with hot water. Wash the
grains, red dates and longan and put
them in the wok and boil as porridge.
Add sugar when it is ready to eat.
【How to eat】Eat when its hot, twice

Ginseng and Read Dates Soup
【Ingredients】Ginseng10g,5 red dates
【Method】Slice the ginseng and wash the red

【Ingredients】 Ox tripe 200g,purple potato
100g,spring onion 10g,sliced ginger 10g,salt
5g
【Method】 Clean the ox tripe and remove the
fascia . Put it in the pot and cook for 90 minutes
and took it out and cut into pieces. Cut the
potato into big pieces and slice the spring
onion. Put some oil in the pot ajd fried the
sliced ginger. Add ox tripe and potato and water
to cook for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste and
serve.

spleen; potato is rich is carbohydrate and helps

QiongYu Paste
【Ingrents】Ginseng 人参50g, Fuling茯苓 200g,Shengdi生地 200g,
appropriate amount of honey.
【Method】 Put the ginger, Fuling and Shengdi and water in
the pot and boil with strong fire. Turned to small fire when
boiled to boil and extract the juice.
Boil it repeatedly thrice and
mixed the juice together. Add honey and mix evenly
to boil. Store in bottle when
cold.

Food Therapy for Yang-Deficiency Constitution
1.
The general guideline is to warm and enhance the yang
energy of the kidney and spleen. The kidney yang is
also the fundamental of the whole body’s yang energy.

Recommended to consume more yang-energy strengthening
food such as mutton, pot belly, chicken, pigeon meat,
eel, walnut, chestnut, ginger,leek,fennel and etc.

Refrain from taking raw, cold, sticky and greasy food

Consumption of water-melon, pear, bitter gourd,

Fresh shrimps with Chives
【Ingredients】 Chives 250g,fresh shrimps 400g,
appropriate amount of salt, spring onion, ginger,
yellow wine and vegetable oil.
【Methods】 clean the chives and slice it. Wash
and clean the shell shrimps, slice the spring onion.
Mince the ginger and put aside. Heat the wok with
vegetable oil and fry the spring onion, then add
shrimps and chives and shower some amount of
yellow wine. Continue to stir fry till the shrimps
cooked. Ready to serve.

Walnut Porridge
【Ingredients】Walnut 50g,rice
100g。
【Method】Slice walnut into small
pieces. Wash the rice, add water
and cook till boiled. Changed to

asthma.
Danggui Ginger Mutton Soup
【Ingrients】Danggui( Angelica sinensis) 20g,
ginger 30g,mutton 500g,moderate amount of
yellow wine and salt.
【Method】Clean danggui and ginger and soak
with water to soften it and slice them.
Remove the anadesma of the mutton and heat it
with hot water to get rid of the blood water.
Take it out and then slice it. Put danggui,
ginger and mutton into the pot, add water,
yellow wine and salt to boil with strong
fire, then use small fire to boil until the
mutton became tender. Remove danggui and
ginger during serving.
【Effects】 Warm the stomach and nourish
blood, expel cold and relieve pain.
Mutton Chop with Lettuce
【Ingredients】 Mutton 300g,lettuce 400g,
ginger paste, chopped onion, mashed garlic,
starch soup 40ml, cornstarch 20g,cooking
wine 15ml, salt 5g, moderate amount of oil
and pepper.
【Method】Clean and slice the mutton and
lettuce. Mix the starch soup, oil and pepper
into cornstarch. Heat the pot with oil and
quickly oil the mutton and remove. Fry the
lettuce and put in plate. Heat the pot with
oil again and add ginger paste, chopped
onion, mutton and mashed garlic, then add
cooking oil and stir with the prepared
cornstarch soup and place them on top of the
lettuce.

①Daily drinking of 10g red tea and not more than 1200 ml

Lily Bulb and Egg Yolk Soup
【Ingredients】7 lily bulb, 1 egg
yolk and moderate sum of white
sugar.
【Method】Soak the lily bulb
overnight and remove the water. Add
water and put into pot.
Turn small fire
when it is boiled and cook for ½ hour. Add egg
yolk to stir until it is boiled. Add white
sugar or rock sugar to eat.

lung, calming the mind and heart.
Huang Jing Braised Lean Pork
【Ingredients】Huang Jing30~60g,Lean
Pork100~150g
【Method】Clean the pork and slice it .
Place together with Huang Jing to braise.

①Tomato Drink:Mix 250ml of tomato juice with sugar twice daily,

rock sugar.Cut the pear into small chunks and soak Jue Ming Zi with
hot water.Add pear slice and sugar into Jue Ming Zi water. Add pear
slice and rock sugar into Jue Ming Zi water for repeated drinking.
Finish drinking within a day.

Taijiquan, Taijjian, Yoga, Qigong and etc. Strong and hectic and

Black Fungus with Bean-curd
【Ingredients】Bean-curd 200g,black
fungus 25g,cooking oil 25g,soup 200g,
salt 4g,damp starch powder湿淀粉15g,
aljinomoto 1g。
【Method】Soak and wash the black
fungus. Cut bean-curd into cubes and
add water to boil. Drain the water
when boiled. Heat the wok with oil and
fry the black fungus, add the salt and
soup. Add starch when boiled and pour
in the bean-curd.

Medicinal Concoctions/Herbs for Damp-Heat Body Constitution
Strengthen the spleen and alleviate dampness, dissolve phlegm
and remove toxic. Common concoctions: Shen Ling Bai Zhu san,San
Zi Yang Qin Tang、Si Jun Zi Tang、Yi Gong San、Liu Jun Zi
Tangand etc. Frequently used drugs are Fa Ban Xia,Cang Zhu, Zhi

①Remove toxic and reduce fats tea利浊消脂茶:Ze Xie
10g,He Ye 10g,Chen Pi 3g。Boil Ze Xie with water

it with water chestnut as soup.
【Effects】 Nourishing the yin and
alleviate dryness, cleanse the lung to resolve
phlegm.
Frog cooked with winter melon
【Ingredients 】 Winter melon 900g,frog 600g,
1 slice of ginger,mushroom 25g.
【Method】 Wash and clean the winter melon ,
remove the seeds and cut into thick cubes.Clean
and chop the frog into pieces and marinate it
with small amount of ginger juice for 10
minutes. Remove the mushroom stem and soak it
till soft. Use appropriate amount of water to
cook till boiled and add winter melon cubes,
frog and ginger. Cook all the stuff until
boiled then use small fire to cook 40 minutes.
Add mushroom to cook for another 15 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
【Effects】 Frog has the effects of clearing
heat and purge fire, remove toxic and nourish
yin. Winter melon has the effects of clearing
heat and inducing diuresis.

and cook in a casserole with water to extract thick
jucie. Cook rice, red dates and white sugar with water as
diluted porridge. Then mix the rice San Qi Shou Wu juice
evenly boil with small fire. Turn off fire when the porridge
juice became thicker and cover it for 5 minutes before
eating.
Can be taken as breakfast and dinner.

Dan Shen Fo Shou Tang
【Ingredients】 5 pieces of walnut meant, Fo Shou Pian 6g,
white sugar 50g, Dan Shen 15g.
【Method】Cook Dan Shen and Fo Shou with water. Grind white
sugar and walnut meat into paste. Put the paste into the
Dan Shen Fo Shou soup and use small fire to boil for 10
minutes. Take the soup twice a day and continue to drink
for a few days.
【Effects】 Dan Shen is cold and slightly bitter and has
the effects of active blood flow and dissolve stasis. Fo
Shou is warm and taste pungent, bitter and sour. Fo Shou
has the effects of harmonize the stomach and regulate qi
and stop vomiting. Walnut meat is warm and sweet and has
the effects of enhancing the kidney, warming the lung and
regulating the large intestine. Combining all the
ingredients to achieve the effects of sooth the liver and

①Hawthorn Drink:Hawthorn 5g,moderate amount of red sugar.

tea 1g.Put San Qi Flower, chrysanthemum and green tea together

Fermented Soya Beans Chayote佛手瓜
【Ingredients】 Chayote200克,
fermented soya beans20g,red pepper
10 slices, salt 5g,aginomoto 3g.
【Method】Remove the skin of chayote
and cut into thin slices. Wash the
fermented soya beans. Heat the wok
and add water to boil. Place the
chayote to cook and remove when
boiled. Heat the wok with oil and add
red pepper slice, fermented soy sauce
and chayote. Add salt and aginomoto
to taste.
【Effects】 Chayote is especially
effective for infertility (both males
and females) arising from poor
