TWO TREATMENT PROTOCOLS
#1: RAPID RESULTS FAT LOSS PROGRAM
• BODY LIGHT™ every other day
• 8-12 sessions (BMI under 30 requires 8, over 30 is 12)
• Place all 8 pads on fatty areas for 15 minutes followed
by 10 minutes of vibration and cardiovascular exercise
• After the first 15 minute session, another area can be
treated immediately afterwards for an additional 15
minutes.
• Fat cells will remain open for up to 48 hours after each
treatment, therefore, treatments should be done every
other day.

• Utilizing all 8 pads, locate the major lymphatic
zones: the inguinal region, the popliteal (behind
the knee), the axilla (armpit), and the central
abdominal region or each side of the neck.
Lymphatic Detoxification
The specialized light enables the lymphatic
channels to open, allowing for the fluid to travel
smoothly throughout the body.
Lay the client flat and place the pads on the 8 most
prominent sets of lymphatic nodes.
Each session is 15 minutes. We recommend a 3-day
program or a 5-day program. Ideally the sessions
should be consecutive. However, they can be
separated by one-day intervals.
Treatments can be performed on an ongoing basis
depending on the individual. Detox is recommended
2-3 times a year. Clients are advised to consult their
specialists.
