Summary
• Pride and Prejudice is one of my favorite books because I love the
dynamic relationship that evolves between Lizzie and Mr. Darcy.
• Lizzie generosity for her sister, her self-assured character, and her
wit help make her a loveable and unforgettable character.
• Mr. Darcy is the epitome of the tall, dark, and handsome brooding
man that many male characters have been based upon since Miss
Austen created him. His almost unwillingness to see the good in
anyone that doesn’t have money at first makes him unlikeable, but
as you continue to read and watch him grow, he becomes a very
loveable character.
• The dynamics between Lizzie and Mr. Darcy cause for great reading.
The constant misunderstandings and missed opportunities to love
one another makes the reader want to read more.
