DIRECT REFERRAL INCOME :-
For every Direct Referral by you. You will get Rs.200/- as Direct Referral income.
(One distributor can make unlimited Sponsor & Direct Referrals )

10TH LEVEL INCOME
For every sponsoring you will get income according to levels .
(As shown in figure)
Example:(I)At first You referred Mr.Om and Sponsor in your 1st
Level . So here your income is Rs.300/Rs .200/-(D.Referral income)+Rs.100(1st level income)
(ii) In 2nd level you referred Mr.Ram but Sponsor is Mr.Om.So
here your income is Rs.300/Rs .200/-(D.Referral income+Rs.100/-(2st level income)
But here Mr.Om will get only Rs.100/(Only his 1st level income)
(iii)In 3rd level Mr.Ram referred Mr.Syam and sponsored in his
1st level.So here your income is Rs.50/-(Only 3rd level income)
&Mr.ram will get Rs.300/- (same as example :1)
(iv)In 4th level you referred Mr.Ravi but Sponsor is Mr.Syam.
So here your income is Rs250/Rs .200/-(D.Referral income+Rs.50/-(4th level income)
But Mr.Syam will get Rs.100/(Only his 1st level income)

MONEY BACK INCENTIVE :-

6 TYPE OF ROYALTY INCOMES
(i)Star Royalty income: Once you complete 5 sponsors (In1st level only)
then you will get star Royalty.
Star Royalty income =
No. of joining of the current month x 100/-
No.of Star Achievers
Example:1000(No.of joining) x 1000/= 1000/100( No. of stars)
(Minimum criteria for Star Royalty : One pay cheque minimum Rs. 300/-to get constant Royalty)
(ii)Silver Royalty income: Once your any 5 sponsored legs achieves star level then you will get
Silver Royalty.

(vi)Crown Ambassador Royalty Income: Once your any 2 Diamonds (in1st level only)becomes Ambassador
then you will get Crown Ambassador Royalty with Rs.50/-for every joining of Premium Members inour unlimited depth (Excluding Ambassador’s group),and 1% of two Ambassador’s Monthly joining plan income.

The performance bonus calculation is based on cumulative and monthly
calculation system . Here 1 PV (Point value)= 35 BV(Business Volume).To get
group BV income should have to maintain minimum criteria of Personal PV
(PPV) according to performance bonus table.

TRAVELING BONUS (TB) -4%
All the 15%(Accumulated ) and above Leaders will get
Traveling Bonus (4%)on his /her every month’s Total
Group Volume in his/her group.
(100 PPV must to get TB )
MANAGER BONUS(MB) -2%
If a 21% (accumulated )Leader maintain minimum 4000
GPV and makes 150 PPV then he/she will get Manager
Bonus (2%) on his/her Total Group Volume excluding
Managers and above group volume.

PLATINUM BONUS (PB)-3%
If a Manager create a Manager in his/her group and makes
150 ppv ,4000 GPV in side legs then He/she will get
platinum Bonus (3%) on the total group volume of his/her
down line manager.
EAGLE STRUCTURE BONUS(ESB)-9%
If a Leader makes 20 front legs of 12% (Accumulated )Leaders and
maintain minimum 100PPV then he/she will get ESB(4%) on his Total
Group Volume . And get a Special Training Meeting by the Directors in
a Star Hotel.
(Every legs should have to maintain minimum 200 GPV)
(I) From all the Eagles Group Volume in his/her 1st level , he/she will get 2%.
(II) From all the Eagles Group Volume in his/her 2nd level , he/she will get 1%.
(III) From all the Eagles Group Volume in his/her 3rd level , he/she will get 1%.
(IV) From all the Eagles Group Volume in his/her 4th level , he/she will get 1%.
