Good job of communicating & had a great attitude while performing the job safely. Brand: Insulators Crew @ OC-501 was recognized for flagging a leak on the D-121 system. Drum was pressured tested and the leak tighten and stopped. – Recognized by Matthew MacDonald Infinity Maintenance: OC-501Crew took ownership of plant by putting a piece of critical equipment back together after working long hrs. This job was completed quickly and safely. – Recognized by Timothy Closs Norrell: Norrell crew working @ Sadara OJT Training Facilities has worked 4,618 man hours on the Sadara OJT projects with no incidents and very high quality work. Completed work in a timely and safe manner. – Recognized by Randy Moore Maxim: Matt Vanhal, Martin Castaneda, Chuck Walker & Ray Hernandez @ LHC-8 did excellent work on critical job for ID-9 shaft removal. Job was short noticed. Crew worked 14hr day, lifts managed between high winds and also work through the rain.
