Make a RMA request on b2bhelpdesk@samsung.nl or call the Samsung B2B helpdesk
0800-3909900 and the Samsung will give you a RMA tracking number of your service
request for repairing the unit
You will receive an e-mail from the Samsung repair partner (Comserve) including an
UPS pick up label and RMA tracking number.
Call UPS to make an appointment for the pick up of the unit
