How to book Swiss

Step 0. Ask for a confirmation number
The hotel accommodation must be booked by e-mail or fax directly with the company Railtour Suisse who
is based in Bern (Switzerland).
When placing the booking with Railtour Suisse, they will select a hotel for the clients according to the category
purchased (3, 4 or 5 stars). If the hotel requested is unavailable, Railtour will offer the same hotel category closed
to the location originally chosen.
INFORMATION REQUIRED BY RAILTOUR SUISSE
Please ensure you include the following information in your request:
Your address / contact name / e-mail or fax number
Please specify the name of the Swiss Package selected for your client
Clients name / number of guests Room type (double or single).
Date of arrival in each hotel (specify town)
The standard package is a double room in 3 star hotels
There is no special discount available on triple room.
Single rooms are subject to the supplement shown on the pricing sheet).
Upgrade to 4 and 5 star hotels are subject to a supplement

The booking form is available on myRailEurope under the workspaces section (platform dedicated to GSAs only)
You will receive a booking confirmation back from Railtour Suisse within 48 hours (business days).
However, most requests are handled within 24 hours.

How to book a Swiss Package?
Only when you get the reservation number back from Railtour Suisse,
you can book your Swiss Package in Euronet.
Please note that this confirmation number is only valid for the Swiss
Package originally selected.
You will be required to fill in this confirmation number before
finalising your booking.
Now, please follow the Euronet process detailed in this presentation

Step 5. Assign Passenger(s)

Step 6. Validate selected items and pax

Step 8. Book additional items to the Swiss Package if needed

Step 9. Click on “NEXT” to finish booking

Step 10. Enter the confirmation n° sent by Railtour

Step 11. Click on “FINISH”
