Overall observations
•There is a remarkable difference between the two
investigated tumors. Growing of A2780 cell tumors
were in a 7 days delay compared to that of KB-3-1
cells
Four out of the 9 control mice died before
finishing the experiment, while only 2 out of the 14
Kaqun consuming groups did so.
•
Seventeen days after xenotransplantation the
volume of tumor was significantly smaller in Kaqun
and pre-Kaqun group in the case of both types of
tumors if the injected cells were 4 million.

Growth of tumors after 4 X 106 A2780 tumor cell
transplantation was not detected in 3 of 14 mice in
the Kaqun treated groups, as opposed to control
mice (n=9) where growing tumors were detected in
each of them. .

The most significant ovarian carcinoma inhibiting
effect was seen in the group of 2 X 106 A2780 cell
transplanted mice, when starting Kaqun water
consumption 14 days before xenotransplantation.

transplanted, Kaqun water consuming
animals in 5 out of 14 mice, a tendency of
tumor-regression was observed.

In lack of pCO2, Oxygen remains attached to
Hemoglobin - inspite of the rich blood supply
of the tumor, cancer tissue remains hypoxic.
