DONA UN ALBERO A ROMA (GIVE ROME A TREE) – DIRECTIONS
When submitting your application to join the project as a donor, you must send by e-mail to
donaunalberoaroma@comune.roma.it the following files:
1. copy of receipt attesting to bank/money transfer payment made (pdf, jpeg format);
2. application form duly filled in in all its parts (pdf format);
3. scanned copy of ID document (pdf format).
The office that manages the “give Rome a tree” project (“Dona un albero” – headed by Resp. F.S.A.
(environmental services supplier manager) Loretta Ubaldi, tel. 06 6710 2232) shall confirm that the
application has been successful by sending an e-mail with the CODE for the donation. If no choice of type of
tree has been made, the message will include a request to users to contact the parks and gardens planning
office headed by Francesco Messina (Servizio programmazione e gestione Verde Urbano – Resp. F.S.A.
(environmental services supplier manager) Francesco Messina, tel. 06 6710 9354) to select the tree from
among the sample plants on display at the tree nurseries (Vivai di S. Sisto) located in Piazza di Porta
Metronia n.2.
Tree types for selection are provided in the list, and photo gallery illustrations of the various trees are to be
found on the project web site.
We advise users to complete the bank/money transfer procedure and then scan the receipt and ID
document before filling in the application form. Applicants should then fill in the form and send it together
with all the attachments.
