MIABENNADAVID FRIDAY 29:TH AUGUST Mia Kempff is visiting Jazz kitchen with her former band colleagues from the good old times with Pugh Rogefeldt; David Carlson guitar and vocals and Benna Sörman percussion and vocals. Benna and Mia met back in 1981 when their groups Chattanooga and Strix Q collaborated and they wrote songs together (among others “Hallå hela Pressen”). In the 90’s they performed together in cover bands as a rhythm section, and continued together in Pugh’s band from 2000 - 2004. David Carlson toured intensively with Raj Montana Band in the 80s, he has also played with countless Swedish artists. He has made several solo albums and his own music ranging from folk music and choral works to jazz and rock.
