Announcement of releasing basket of 9 commodities in packet form for Rs 185/- from Ugadi onwards by introducing 4 more new commodities to the existing 5 commodities 4. Launching consumer awareness campaign APSCSCL Distribution of DCP rice to cardholders • Inauguration in Karimnagar, Warangal & Nalgonda districts on ensuing Sankranthi out of 7 DCP districts • CSC procures & supplies rice to the cardholders • Cardholder assured to get local & quality rice from now onwards • Supply of Rs 25/- rice at Rs 1/- per kilo • Monthly PDS requirement – 3.20 LMT raw rice • Total cost Rs 820 cr. & subsidy of Rs 788 cr.
