This selection was not random, but as the result of previous successful collaborations especially for the preparation of the document “ Development Strategy of Kamza (2008-2015)”, presentation by the City Best Governance Practice “One Stop Shop” a series of successful activities programmed from the Municipality for the European Week of Local Democracy, as well as its close cooperation with non-governmental associations. - This society through cooperation with the Kamza Municipality built an operational action plan, in which they are involved and support activities that identify the needs of remedial intervention. Project observation, monitoring and information gathering, has concluded that the Municipality of Kamza is a model example, for other local governments of Albania, for the already set up instruments and open methods, direct, used by it. - Especially here is evident and highly appreciated the role of the Centre of service “One Stop Shop” which not only enhanced the quality of services to business and citizens, but also provided direct, complete and transparent information for the public, which has grown credibility and public support to the institution and its employers. Methods of identifying if there is Corruption! 1. Their use is a genuine indication of the willingness of citizens to question the phenomenon, as well as an indicator for the success of anti-corruption efforts of the local government. 4. Public Awareness Public awareness is a very important aspect for his involvement in the fight against corruption. Lack of knowledge about corruption and low levels of trust in institutions of tyrnet, direct impact on the success of the operation for his reporting mechanisms, however be guaranteed their effectiveness by the government. How to prevent corruption? According to a survey done in 2000 by "Transparency International", Albania is among the 99 countries ranked 84th. This award is given by the European Society for Quality Research, ESQR. This is another milestone in the international arena for Kamza Municipality, which is advertised as "Municipality with best practices for 2014" by the European Association for Research and Quality.
