Climate Survey
Why Measure
Organizational Climate?
• Organizational climate is one of the most
powerful drivers of organizational
effectiveness and efficiency
• This is a time of high stress--proper
management of employee morale is vital
• Little turnover of staff now but failure to
manage morale may result in exodus of
staff when economic conditions improve
How Well are You Managing
the Climate of your Organization?
• Without a comparative context, you do
not know
• The BPS Organizational Climate Survey
provides that vital context
• Tracking organizational climate can help
ensure optimal effectiveness
