The Company
PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) is an integrated mining and
energy service provider, playing a part in the energy industry
sector by exploiting the natural resources with a full sense of
responsibility towards sustainable development. The
Company is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with
the ticker code DEWA.

The Company is focused on becoming the preferred regional
integrated mining services company with a vision to establish
sound management knowledge and cost effective operations,
provide stakeholders with maximum value, sustainable
financial growth and provide high quality services. Darma
Henwa’s existing projects are currently located in Bengalon,
East Kalimantan, Asam Asam, South Kalimantan; Berau, East
Kalimantan, and Malinau, East Kalimantan.

In human resource management, the Company has a vision to make the HR unit as an
important part in creating high-performance organizations, applying world-class work
culture, leading in service and labor relations in order to attract, motivate, develop
and retain the best human resources that will help achieve the Mission of the Company
The Company has put risk management as an essential tool in the effort
to control risk-based activities, with the aim of improving transparency, fairness and
achieving good corporate governance, in order to increase the added value and
sustainability to all stakeholders.
The Company believes that Internal Audit is a business function within the Company
which has the main task of providing an objective assessment and reassurance of the
effectiveness of the Company’s management.
To develop its business, the Company uses the strategy to expand the client base served
and expand its operational area.
