ROLE AND OPPORTUNITIES:
To “catalyse” and drive R&I and training, the industrial transfer in
the sector and the « systems integration » on the territory;
To identify national R&I needs and promote them towards Italian
Ministeries, Regional bodies defining industrial policies and
financing R&I (via structural funds, PAC2, etc) and Horizon2020
and JTI BBI, by aligning strategies and integrating efforts;
To promote the cluster members participation in national,
Horizon2020 and JTI calls and make it more successful;
To promote policies & regulations sustaining Bio-Based Products
and Processes as well as the consumer acceptance in Italy and in
the frame of European initiatives boosting BioEconomy.
