WHO WE ARE
Bulgarian Cluster Telecommunications (BCT) is among the first ICT clusters
founded in Bulgaria
 One of the first ICT clusters established in Bulgaria:
 Founded in 2008 under the project, funded by
PHARE Programme and the Ministry of Economy and
Energy
 Registered as legal NGO since 2010.
 Member of Association of business clusters in Bulgaria
 Certified with Bronze Label by ESCA
