• Work with many similar aged colleagues both within Aon and within the market - solid and long-lasting
network in the industry.
• Interaction with senior management. (projects/meetings/presentations)
• Client meetings and market facing roles from day one.
• Making good progress with my professional qualifications, everyone is very supportive in regards to

Graduate Programme
 Aon recruits and develops graduates to:
– Aid the strategic growth of our business
– Provide a continuous stream of talent to drive future revenue
 The Aon graduate:
– Recent graduate
– Successful student (minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent)
– All degree types considered
– Numeracy, analytical ability and strong consultancy skills required
 The Graduate Programme covers 5 individual streams of technical specialism across our 3 main
businesses.
 The Graduate Programme includes:
– 18 month formal core skills development
– On the job learning and technical development
– Professional studies (CII qualification)
 The Graduate Programme feeds into our Early Careers Programme which provides ongoing
