Safety Valve Testing
:
Safety valves of all pressure vessels constructed as per SMPV
Rules and having C.C.E. licence are to be tested at the interval
of one year. This test is to be witnessed by Competent Person.
2.
RULE –19
Periodical Hydraulic test of Pressure Vessel.
:
All pressure vessels constructed as per SMPV Rules and having
C.C.E. license are to be hydraulically tested at the interval of 2/5
years. This test is to be witnessed by Competent Person.

Certificate of Safety for Static Storage Tank
Installation.
:
Certificate of Safety as per Rule no. 33 is required to get licence
from Controller of Explosives for new pressure vessel storage
tank installation constructed as per SMPV Rules.

Storage Tank.
:
Certificate of Safety as per Rule no. 43 is required to get licence
from Controller of Explosives for mobile vehicle with pressure
vessel storage tank constructed as per SMPV rules.

Transport Vehicle.
:
Safety Certificate for road-worthy fitness of mobile vehicle with
