Responsabilities:
Assist the Human Resources Coordinator, the Training Manager
and the Director of Human Resources in all departmental tasks.
Take part in the selection and recruitment process of employees
and students on internship.
 Participate and assist with the development of employee
motivation plans
 Participate and assist with internal comunication
 Assist with the processes of contracting, hiring, processing sickleaves and labour accidents.

Internship in the B&F department can be in one specific area or
rotational, allowing students to experience the different F&B
outlets in the hotel.
The rotation and possibility to focus on specific areas will depend
on the length of the internship and the performance of each
particular student.

 Assist in selling groups by:
• Sending proposals to groups interested in the hotel, giving
detailed and adequate information,
• Preparing contracts and invoices,
• Inserting groups in the reservation system,
• Organizing and handling the groups proposals
• Organizing and ensuring follow ups of the groups
• Handling group confirmations and cancellations
 Assist Groups Coordinators by:
• Inserting rooming lists in Opera (including comments, alerts,
traces etc),

Responsabilities:
 Main contact for Meeting Planners when events are taking place
in the hotel
 Assist Group coordinator and Banqueting director.
 Take care of the Wired (Business Center) and requests of
guests in this area.
 Check conference area cleanliness, banqueting services set-ups
and events schedules together with Event Organizers/Meeting
Planners, in order to ensure quality and success in every event.
 Collect events participants and meeting planners feedback, and
share it with involved departments in the hotel in order to
improve.

of Style started their careers as Room Stylists. In this role, you have
exposure to various departments in the hotels from the Welcome Office
to the Guest Room and everywhere in between. The look of the entire
hotel and much of a guest's overall impression of the hotel is related to
Style.”
