To motivate teams of Boehringer for best results, we
created the Clic! , A fun campaign to stimulate the
entrepreneurial culture.
The concept was a synthesis of the maxim: "Small actions
can have big (and good) consequences."
The campaign lasting more than two years, went through
stages of "engagement, motivation, information and
guidance" for employees to seek practical solutions
within their work scope.
We created the concept, name and visual identity design
to be simple and adhering to all company profiles. Online
and offline contents were produced by "playing" with the
theme " simple but effective inventions".
