Goals for this workshop
1) analyze the bottlenecks and associated risks,
knowing that:
- the timeline for the project is January 2012 - August
2015,
- we prefer a turn-key laser system, due to commercial
conditions such as guarantees
- UE offset conditions might apply
2) initialize a review of the cost evaluation (80 Meuro)
3) to confirm the existing solutions (and identify new
technological oportunities)

Bottle-neck ...gratings... risks:
- present technology limit: 0.15 J/cm^2, 90 cm*70 cm
- needed: higher damage threshold
- time-line development: until Sept. 2013
- design: exists at ILE
- demonstrator: up to 50 mm
- provider: JY, LLNL, PGL
- budget: 150 Keuro each
- back-up: existing JY, LLNL or PGL, 2 times more
expensive
