To deliver high quality, flexible and timely wireless marketing and development
services for the telecommunications industry. The philosophy of WDCA is to develop
a long term relationship with our clients, finding solutions that maximize the clients

• Introduction :
WDCA is unique in many respects – WDCA offers a rooftop and tower marketing and
leasing program which delivers various opportunities and options within the
telecommunications industry. Our experience and wireless industry knowledge
assists us in creating good relationships with property owners, zoning boards,
wireless carriers, and the surrounding community. WDCA offers experienced
consultants and staff members which have performed, with excellence, many
projects for numerous wireless communications carriers, tower consolidators and

• Capabilities:
Our staff has years of experience in the construction of wireless systems and
infrastructure. We either have or work with companies that have outstanding
reliability record with respect to on-air, on-time performance and will meet your
deadlines.
For more than fifteen years, the management team at WDCA has assisted in the
marketing and development of wireless communications sites throughout the
United States.
• Field Personnel:
We work with vendors that retain fully equipped crews which are available to
complete projects anywhere. We provide dependable, safe, and professional
service personnel that are capable of tackling the most difficult tasks.
• Safety:
We firmly believe that there is no compromise to safety. All personnel have been
trained and are experienced in the proper techniques and use of all safety
equipment. Field personnel are provided the most advanced safety equipment
available and the equipment is inspected on a regular basis. Safety meetings are
held regularly by our managers and outside consultants.

Quality Control
• Analysis and Due Diligence - We will perform an initial review of subject
property in order to identify buildings, structures or available vacant land at site
relative to aesthetic issues, street appeal, title and survey analysis, easements,
and setbacks within zoning district. We will review the municipal telecom
ordinances impact on the site. Ultimately we will review with you and deliver a
formal proposal offering the best siting options and structure design based on
constructability and height impact.
• Zoning, Land-Use Permitting – We handle the processing of zoning applications,
drawings, site plans, pre-hearing meetings, community meetings, coordination of
lobbying and zoning efforts and industry education to obtain procurement of
planning, zoning, and permit approvals
• Construction Management & Project Management- We will perform a detailed
oversight of entire site build programs including tower erection, tower lighting &
re-lamping, antenna & line installation (Testing of Coax and Elliptical Lines). This
includes the initial site walk with engineers or consultants for survey, A&E design,
environmental assessment, FAA study, geo-technical study, utilities assessment.

WHO ARE WE?
• Lawrence M. Weisberg – CEO
Experience – Mr. Weisberg is a member of The Florida Bar, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, American Bar Association, South Palm
Beach County Bar Association and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Weisberg received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law
in Coral Gables, Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Weisberg spent over five years at SBA Communications Corporation, a publicly held tower/telecommunications company, located in Boca Raton,
Florida, holding various titles including Director of Administration and Leasing, Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel. During his
tenure at SBA, his department was responsible for the development, leasing, administration and management of over one thousand telecommunication
tower sites nationwide, which house approximately four thousand wireless tenants. Mr. Weisberg was previously responsible for the outsourcing and/or
review, preparation and negotiation of company related contracts, real estate (i.e. - zoning, land use and title related items), licensing, labor (i.e. discrimination and harassment claims, layoffs, wage and hour compliance, benefits) and intellectual property matters.

Michael Odsess, - Sr. VP
Experience - Mr. Odsess has worked in South Florida commercial real estate since 1981, when he began working for a large condominium warehouse
developer in Miami-Dade County. Mr. Odsess is also a former member of the investment properties team of Grubb & Ellis, where he engaged in the
disposition of properties for such clients as Glendale Federal Savings, The FDIC and Pima Savings, and the leasing of properties to clients such as RJ
Reynolds. Since 1993, Mr. Odsess has been President of The Norton Realty Group, a Boca Raton-based firm that specializes in real estate investment
sales. He is also president of Beckwith Madison Maintenance Corporation, a family-held management company that oversees the operations of almost
500,000 square feet of industrial and retail properties in the northeast. Mr. Odsess is also a member and manager of several companies that own and
operate properties throughout the New Jersey and Florida markets. Several of Mr. Odsess’ properties have rooftop antenna leases
Mr. Odsess is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a past Vice President of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton, Sunset and a was
Rotarian of the Year 2001. Mr. Odsess has served on many service boards and Homeowners Association for more than ten years.
