What is “MODE?”
The Mid-Ohio Development Exchange (MODE)
is a membership organization of local
economic development organizations from
throughout the 11-county Columbus Region.
Approx. $350K budget/year

MODE provides programming meant to:
Increase awareness of economic development
issues and best practices
Collectively strengthen and grow local economies
throughout Central Ohio
MODE is an organization of mostly 1 or 2-person
shops whose collective voice helps shape Econ Dev
policy and awareness in the Columbus region.

MODE will be a catalyst in the ongoing evolution of regional
economic development activity within the Columbus Region.

Travel funds available to cover members’ expenses to
accompany Columbus2020 on trips
