Wayne Brown, Executive Director, opened the business with his wife Kristine. Their goal was to provide a great
place for Western New York’s hardest workers to find employment. Born and raised in Buffalo, Wayne’s passion is
to help Western New York’s economy for employers and for their workers. Wayne spends most of his external
office time working with our newest clients. Additionally, he is constantly recruiting new opportunities for All
Team Western New York’s employees; in hopes of providing the most ideal work opportunities for our temporary

Bianca Rodriguez, Branch Manager, has been a professional in staffing and Human Resources for most of her
