Mr. Sanjay Grover is the founder and proprietor of the firm.
He is B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University, Fellow member of
Institute of Company Secretaries of India and LLB from
Kanpur University.
He has working experience of more than 28 years in
Accounts, Excise, Taxation, Budgeting, Legal, Secretarial,
Technical Analysis of Stock market etc. He has also handled
more than 5 public issues, worked with Government
Organization, Listed Companies, MNC etc as Head of Legal,
Secretarial and Accounts before starting his own practice 2
years back.
Ms. Sujata Tyagi is an Associate Company Secretary. She
has corporate law, legal and compliances experience and is
responsible for SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and Company Law
Matters, drafting and vetting all types of agreements.
Mr. Amit Aggarwal is a Commerce Graduate (B.com) and
also an Associate Company Secretary. He deals with
corporate laws, legal and compliances, looks after
ROC/RD/CLB and Trade Mark related matters and is
responsible for Service Tax, import & export code.
Mr. Deepak Malik is a Law Graduate and also an Associate
Company Secretary. He deals with corporate laws, legal and
