grades are you likely to get ?

• Once you have applied to College, you will be
interviewed – a chance to ask questions
eg; what happens if I do not get a C in English or Maths ?
• Remember – your qualification should lead to
employment . Are there jobs available in that
sector ?

• Apprenticeships have 3 levels, Intermediate, Advanced and Higher.
• Advanced or level 3 apprenticeships require you to have level 2
qualifications – grade C or above at GCSE or a merit in Btecs +
grade C in English and Maths
• You will need to take a functional skills test for many Intermediate
apprenticeships. Some will require a C in Maths and English
• Polly Wiggins will support you through the process. THOSE
INTERESTED IN APPRENTICESHIPS WILL BE INVITED TO WORKSHOPS
IN TERMS 3 and 4

TRAINEESHIPS are unpaid . Both work experience and
training, for approx 6 months. May lead to apprenticeship
