Parent Information Night
30th October 2013

Project 9 was developed in 2012 and introduced in
2013 to address long term data trend that indicated
that Year 9 students attitudes to school were very
poor.

The overarching aim of Project 9 is to improve:
 student engagement
 student connectedness to school
 community awareness and engagement
 student learning outcomes
Our student data indicated that students attitudes are below state mean across most areas

Focus on 21st Century skills with real life
applications

Curriculum content flows out into other
subjects so attendance is crucial

Weekly agenda’s will be posted on the Year 9
office window by Wednesday each week
