Purpose: The purpose of this presentation is to welcome new
and prospective distributors as well as relay company,
product, sales and marketing information.
Company Overview
Stone Technologies, Corp. is located in Cleveland, Tennessee, USA and is a
registered corporation with the state of Tennessee.
The company was founded in 1999 by the owner and President, Michael
Parry. Michael has an honors degree in chemistry and almost 40 years
experience in chemical formulation in a multitude of different industrial
applications.
The company’s product line falls into the following two categories;
•Sealers and Cleaners for concrete, masonry, mortar, stucco and brick.
•Sealers, Cleaners and Enhancers for all types of natural stone surfaces
including marble, granite, slate, limestone, travertine and terrazzo.
These products can be used on all types of interior and exterior surfaces and
are marketed to both commercial and residential applications.
Product Line Overview:
•Concrete Sealers X-1 and X-2 are permanent silicate based deep
penetrating sealers and are our highest volume sales products we offer.
•Concrete Sealers X-3 is a special blend of polysiloxanes that can be
used alone or in addition to X-1 or X-2 for double protection.
•Concrete Sealers X-4 and X-5 are special UV resistant acrylic
copolymer blends to enhance decorative or colored concrete.
•Eco Concrete Etcher is a water-based, biodegradable, concrete etching
and cleaning solution.
•Concrete Cleaner #1 is a highly concentrated product which can be
used to clean and degrease concrete, masonry, bricks, stone, mortar
and stucco.

Concrete Sealers X-1 and X-2 are permanent silicate based deep

existing smooth finished concrete surfaces.

concrete surfaces.
Markets and Applications:
Concrete Sealers X-1 and X-2 have a wide range of possible uses. The

Marketing Strategy:
Concrete Sealers X-1 and X-2 Concrete is to be portrayed as an
UNFINISHED PRODUCT and is INCOMPLETE without our products.
They are to be marketed as ESSENTIAL and FUNDAMENTAL
protection for any concrete surface that is exposed to the wear and tear
of any kind of traffic, hazardous chemicals as well as the deteriorating
effects of natural elements such as weather, especially freezing and
thawing.
X-2’s market focus should be on refurbishment of existing aged,
weathered or worn concrete surfaces. It’s concentrated formulation is
better suited to porous concrete applications.

Product Features and Benefits:
Concrete Sealers X-4 and X-5 are special UV resistant acrylic
copolymer blends that are usually applied to stamped, decorative or
colored concrete. We recommend the addition of Stone Grip to these
products in most applications.
X-4 - X-5:
• Forms a high-gloss finish (X-5 leaves a satin finish)
•Bonds with the concrete to protect it and make it water repellent
• Make surfaces repellent to stains and chemicals etc.
•Non-yellowing and UV stable
Marketing Strategy:
Concrete Sealers X-4 and X-5 produces a high-gloss finish (X-4) or
satin finish (X-5) that enhances and protects the appearance of all types
of concrete pavers, concrete structures and driveways. They are well
suited for practical as well as decorative applications such as:
• Commercial and Residential: Any concrete, aggregate, cinder block,
brick/paver surface that requires a decorative or easy to clean and
dust free finish. Also it is a must for protecting stained concrete
surfaces to eliminate dye abrasion.
